ARTASHES SINANYAN - Percussion
He was born in Yerevan, Armenia (former Soviet Union).
In 1990 after graduating the Central Music School n.a. P.I.Tchaikovsky Artashes entered the State Conservatoire of Music, majoring in percussion instruments. During those years he became member of Yerevan Percussion Ensemble and vice president of Percussion Art Society/Armenian Chapter (center in USA). In 1994 Mr. Sinanyan moved to Moscow, Russia to continue his education at the State Academy n.a. Maymonid where he became an honored student. He graduated from the Academy with Higher Educational Diploma. As a talented performer, he became a member of Moscow Percussion Ensemble, participating in numerous concerts and festivals in Russia as well as outside Russia. From 1994-1998 in the as a musician-actor Mr. Sinanyan was collaborated with V.Meyerhold Creative Center. He participated in different International Theatrical Festivals in Switzerland, Finland, Russia, France, Sweden.
In 1998 Artashes moved to United States. He founded the percussion department and choir chimes ensemble at the Lark Musical Society in Glendale. In 2002 Artashes established “ArtPerc Music Production”. The goal of production is to present the unique arrangements of music of world great composers. Each volume published by “ArtPerc” presents music score, DVD recorded performance of particular piece and on-screen text that describes the historical significance insights of the work.
Mr. Sinanyan designed a new setup of percussion instruments, called himself VIBRODRUMS. The mining of this innovation is the true setup and unique approach.
Basically you see the vibraphone surrounded many drums and cymbals, however the comfortable setup makes it sounds like two musicians are playing at the same time. This instrument gives you opportunity to explore yourself in many genres of music.
To play this instrument you need to have absolute independent coordination.
The arrangements that Mr. Sinanyan makes are especially made for new designed instrument, to present it composers and audiences.
Today, Artashes is continuing his outstanding musical career. He is performing, teaching and publishing music.
ZHANNA SINANYAN - Piano
Her relationship with music has begun from childhood. Rising in the family of opera singer she was growing around the actors and actresses.
Zhanna Sinanyan is a pianist, instructor. She was born in Sankt-Petersburg (Russia).
She graduated from the State Conservatory of Music (Yerevan, Armenia). Her graduation thesis was “Sense of Musical Rhythm and its Development with the Student”.
In 1996 she was collaborating with Russian Composers Union, performing and recording contemporary compositions of new composers. At the same period she was playing with Moscow Percussion Ensemble.
From 1999 Mrs. Sinanyan lives in the United States. She teaches piano and conducts choir in several schools.
Her many recitals and concerts through out other countries have included solo and chamber music performances.
She always plays with colorful dynamics and sensitive touch. Her play is provides its own interpretation and textures.

Formed in 2001. Jumping from one genre to another they were very creative and got into a whole new style of performing. In their playing it feels that Caucasian charm, that becomes in all of their performances. Their concerts are passionate and soulful, contemporary and influential. They have a unique ability to breathe life into any material they would perform. They work extremely hard trying to establish new exceptionally high standards. Duet performance creates a space yet beautifully arranged world of their own. The program is included music of Bach, Debussy, Skryabin, Prokofiev, Khachaturyan, Piazzola as well as original compositions.
